Founded by Will Martinez on the principles of craftsmanship, accountability, and uncompromising quality, Martinez Construction Management is a full-service construction management and general contracting firm specializing in exceptional residential projects throughout Greater New York and the Hamptons.
MCM approaches construction as an integrated process, combining disciplined project management with a deep respect for the architectural vision. From the earliest stages of planning through construction and completion, we provide the coordination, technical expertise, and oversight required to navigate the complexities of a sophisticated residential project.
Our work is grounded in collaboration. We work closely with owners, architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and specialty trades to establish a clear framework for execution, aligning scope, budget, schedule, procurement, and construction strategy from the outset. As the project progresses, we coordinate the many disciplines and decisions that must come together seamlessly, anticipating challenges and resolving them before they become costly disruptions.

Our Approach
MCM’s approach is built upon three principles: transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
Every project begins with a carefully developed proposal, scope, budget, and construction schedule that establish the framework for execution. Before work begins, MCM brings the project team together to align expectations, define responsibilities, establish milestones, and address the logistical and technical considerations that will shape the construction process.
Throughout construction, consistent communication and disciplined coordination keep the project moving forward. Regular project meetings provide a forum for reviewing progress, addressing decisions, coordinating the design and construction teams, and maintaining alignment with established budgets and schedules.
Quality control is integrated into every phase of the work. Key construction milestones are reviewed and inspected to ensure that work is executed in accordance with the design, specifications, and standards established for the project. Early identification of potential issues allows the team to address them thoughtfully, before they compromise schedule, budget, or quality.

Leadership
Will Martinez began his career in high-end residential construction in 2006 with Interior Management, LLC. Beginning with smaller-scale renovations, he developed his expertise across increasingly complex residential projects, ultimately managing some of the firm’s most significant work, including the excavation and new construction of a private residence in Eastern Long Island.
As a Managing Member of Interior Management, Will went on to oversee projects within some of Manhattan’s most prestigious residential buildings while also leading the firm’s estimating operations. This experience provided a comprehensive understanding of both the field and financial disciplines of construction, from early project evaluation and budgeting through execution.
In 2021, Will founded Martinez Construction Management with a clear objective: to create a more focused, highly accountable construction firm built around craftsmanship, transparency, and the quality of the client experience.
Today, Will remains closely involved in the company’s operations and projects, working directly with owners, architects, designers, and construction teams to ensure that the highest standards established at the outset are carried through to completion.
His approach is grounded in the belief that exceptional construction requires more than technical expertise. It requires trust, accountability, sound judgment, and an understanding of the many details, both visible and unseen, that define a truly successful project.
