Nestled on the 23rd floor, this residence was a gut renovation combining two apartments. A modern design was brought to life with a variety of materials, including oak millwork, Thassos White and Calacatta Lincoln bathrooms, Dekton floors and countertops, white lacquered millwork, and maple floors. Home to an artist, the gallery is lined with invisible art tracks that enable artwork to be displayed and exchanged with no damage.
