Bond Street was a partial gut renovation, reconfiguring the public areas and master suite and rooftop areas while integrating steel structural elements with reclaimed wood from barns. The bathrooms and kitchen run off a custom water filtration system. The master bathroom shower is uniquely open, with a Japanese wood tub in the center.
