This private residence was once farmland. Designed by Peter Bohlin of Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, the 8,000-square-foot home boasts imported custom windows that wrap around the entire house. The Ipe front walkway runs through the foyer and out the back of the house down the length of the pool. The stairs have been designed with floating treads and a stainless-steel wire central guardrail. The bilevel second floor is connected by a floating bridge.
